You will hear a lot of commentary about the constitution, the court judgment and the proper use of the notwithstanding clause. But the question really comes down to this… Should parents be included in important decisions regarding your kids? Who do you trust to raise your kids? Your Saskatchewan Party government trusts parents.

If a teacher is abusive then there are avenues to take to get the teacher removed. Moe wants child abuse enshrined as a "parental right"
