Baba, The Government is there to serve everyone, absolutely. The Government should serve by fixing what was complained about and share with the media, so everyone can see. What is wrong is to call the aggrieved personally, and berate those who defend, correct a false narrative, put their reputation on the line for the same Government, the same people they needed to get to that position in the first place. If it's like that, then the Government MUST respond to everyone that complains about everything. E.G Okada riders are back and causing mayhem, I have been complaining subtly, the government has been ignoring, if I carry my camera and start shouting and create a scene, the Government will respond to me and call me.
