I have a Delhivery client account where I have some balance left in their wallet. Now I am unable to login to their panel, contacted them, they said I have to raise a ticket after logging into their panel. How is it possible @delhivery please explain.

@GopalSh09905678 That doesn't mean they will skip some of the parcels which are assigned to him as per their choice, if he is not capable then someone else from the team should complete the pickup within the stipulated time, right? This is how all companies work, @delhivery is no exception.

If you are running an eCommerce business in India, please stop using Nimbuspost as a shipping partner. Their support BOT will kill your business for sure. They will not gonna help you with pending pickup, lost/damaged parcel, fake weight. @NimbuspostIndia

Parcel booked on 25th with Delhivery courier, one delivery boy called on 27th asked to send the location, I shared, but he never came. Blocked my number, no reply on WhatsApp, keep rescheduling till today. This is how Delhivery courier works. @delhivery

Just experienced the Pathetic customer service from the Phonepay Business team. Getting an error while opening a business account with them. But their CS is closing the tickets without solving the problem. @PhonePe @PhonePeSupport

@UberIN_Support Still not resolved, as usual. Uber Support team has been doing this joke for the last 10 days. It's your duty to either verify or reject my documents, not to keep it 'in review' state, if this is the reason for unavailability of Uber Moto option.
