I have mild dysautonomia and recently have increasingly experienced crashes after minimal exertion, but those are not my core symptoms. Most of the patients here, however do have the symptoms you listed, my girlfriend June has pem dizziness, extreme fatigue, ME/ CFS symptoms. She begins treatment next week, and we'll share her treatment journey as well!

Today I am still feeling pretty tired. I've been walking more since arriving than I had in the past 3 years - back and forth from my Airbnb to Edogawa Hospital. My symptom profile is somewhat unique insofar as the manifestations of structural neurospinal and vascular injury are concerned. Many of the patients who come here with PEM, POTS, brainfog, chronic fatigue etc experience improvement relatively quickly. I hope that will be possible for me, however it is important to acknowledge that because my injury has damaged neurospinal and vascular tissue, and this damage has been ongoing since 2021, it may take longer to notice improvement. The first step is stabilizing the neurovacular environment, then I am praying that regeneration can begin to take place. I do not know how quickly nerves and diseased tissue can heal.

Yesterday was my first day of treatment. The hospital staff are incredibly kind and their careful attention helped me to feel calm throughout. I felt tired after the DFPA and then SGF were administered.
