@Vancity That’s the problem the mobile browser isn’t working . It doesn’t open up the e transfer and let me deposit. It makes me sighn in and then nothing

Hi Spence, thanks for reaching out. Our teams are currently working hard on app migrations. However, as previously mentioned in our last response, e‑Transfer deposits are temporarily unavailable in the mobile app but you will still be able to deposit e-Transfer through a desktop or mobile browser on "vancity.com". I hope this clarifies things! - JL

@Vancity Once I punch in my details , I get the loading wheel of death. I’ve logged out logged in , re downloaded the app. Done all the traditional things . Logging in on the website works just fine .

One of my first adult jobs was working Loss Prevention for The Bay 15ish years ago. I was stoked to find this in a box of my stuff . Happy to have a little bit of HBC history . Sad to see the store’s go but not surprised at all. Poor Management killed the company .
