Avoid @Primowater like the plague! Primo brands is one of the worst companies that I've ever had to deal with. Their service sucks which they then follow up with deceptive business practices.

Why daughter booked a place on @Airbnb and then cancelled 2 hours later. The owner is keeping $300 of a $400 deposit. @Airbnb said there is nothing they can do to help. Why would we ever book with them again? Where is @AirbnbHelp?

@primobrands has zero customer service. Avoid using them!

Just lost wife's @Honda to engine failure on a known issue on the their VTEC engine. The design of the engine makes it susceptible to head gasket failure. Honda claims to not know about this but there is a class action lawsuit that I will join. Never another @Honda.

After 38 years of owning @Honda vehicles, I will never buy Honda again. This company let me and my family down. They had a known issue with their CVT transmission HRV and when we came to them asking for consideration their answer was no. They took 0 responsibility.
