Amazing! @Verizon @VerizonSupport strikes again. Call to purchase a new phone and somehow 4 of the lines on my plan get changed. Hours on with support and the issue not fixed. And customer service closes at 9pm! How is that possible in 2026?!?! #VerizonFail Again

@IPSY I cancelled my subscription a year ago, confirmed it before the billing cycle and it still renewed/charged me again. Not the app won’t allow me into my account. Please assist.

Beyone frustrated with @Verizon @verizonfios ! Spoke with someone a week ago to change my FIOS plan but keep internet as is. Woke up this morning to my service “accidentally” being terminated with no quick/easy way for resolution. Not great to hear when working from home.

@dunkindonuts I placed an order through the app and my local Dunkin’ didn’t have what I ordered. Since it’s an app purchase they didn’t know how to refund me. This is crazy. Are you able to assist with a refund? The app shouldn’t allow users to purchase something they don’t have
