@frumiousbobsyer @PaulaRosvold @Concern70732755 It would be faster and safer to bring Canada in as one big state and then allow it to break up into smaller states. Trying to do it province by province runs the risk of some provinces being left out and forced to become unsustainable independent nations.

@PaulaRosvold @Concern70732755 I personally think this is just distraction. There’s nothing concrete behind the talk; No offers to the Provinces, no details on transfer of titles, equities and treaties, no roadmap to inclusion. And all of Canada being one state? Like Guam or Puerto Rico?? He’s not Serious.

NEW: The DNC’s long-awaited 2024 election autopsy has finally been released. The report paints a bleak picture for Democrats, at one point claiming that major losses at every level of government are the result of years of failing to adequately equip and invest in state parties. DNC Chair Ken Martin already playing damage control, saying the report doesn’t meet his standards and that he doesn’t endorse it. | @DanaPerino @BillHemmer @AmericaNewsroom @ShannonBream

It's their time. Help them. Be a good parent, do whatever it is you need to do... sell the house if you need to, give them some kickbacks to help buy their first home, etc. Life is short. Be a good parent and don't squat on stuff that doesn't matter. Give them their time.

🇬🇱🇨🇦 Greenland is asking Canada to help it build its own military Trump threatened to seize Greenland. The response was Canada, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden and Iceland quietly building a northern alliance without the U.S. in the room. Canada is now helping Greenland model a local defense force on its own Arctic Rangers. In March, Canada and the 5 Nordic nations signed a formal agreement to deepen military procurement and defense production. PM Carney says Canada still believes in NORAD. He's also building a "middle powers" coalition that doesn't need Washington's permission. Russia has more Arctic military bases than every other country combined. China is expanding up there too. And the U.S. just spent months threatening the allies it needs to compete in that space. Whose Arctic is it in 10 years? Tell me what you think.

This is the dumbest commentary on China I’ve heard yet: Fox News host Jesse Watters calls China an “American colony” because it has 20,000 McDonalds, Taco Bells, and KFCs. You know what else China has that America doesn’t? Universal healthcare, social housing, and the best modern infrastructure in the world. While the US is investing in its wars and oligarchs, China is investing in its people. China is a colony for its people, while America is a colony for the billionaires who exploit us.

The last few years have forced Europeans to understand one hard truth: for the first time since the imperial era, no European country is globally relevant on its own. Germany is Europe’s largest economy. Yet in 2026, its nominal GDP is around $5.45T — almost 6 times smaller than the U.S. and almost 4 times smaller than China. The same applies demographically. Germany, the EU’s most populous country, has around 83 million people, compared with roughly 349 million in the U.S. and more than 1.4 billion in China. France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden are even smaller individually. This is the central reality of the 21st century: European nation-states are too small to compete alone against continental powers. The only way Europe remains relevant is through scale. Together, the EU and the UK represent around $27T in nominal GDP, making Europe one of the world’s largest economic blocs, second only to the U.S. In PPP terms, Europe including the UK is around $35T, second only to China. Europe’s problem is not lack of wealth, talent, industry or technology. Europe’s problem is fragmentation. A fragmented Europe is a collection of medium-sized states. A united Europe is a global power.

🚨MASSIVE INSULT: Trump just landed in China. Xi Jinping did not greet him at the airport. Instead: the US Ambassador, China’s Vice President, and two foreign ministry officials. The White House is calling it “red carpet treatment.” The same summit that was downgraded to a low-impact meeting before it started. The same China that offered no clear agenda and no concessions. He brought the entire American corporate elite 7,000 miles for this. China is treating the United States like a third world country. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Trump is going to submit 6 months written notice on July 1st to exit the USMCA. After out of the USMCA, the items listed will no longer be protected from tariffs. I suspect Trump will crank tariffs to the moon on Canadian goods, pricing Canada completely out the US market, the market Canada depends on to purchase 70-80% of it's exports. Of course there will be carve outs for items America needs (or wants to purchase at a discount, they really don't NEED anything from Canada), and it won't be much longer after this event that Canada's economy will collapse. At that time I suspect Trump will make some sort of offer of annexation. Canada's past leaders are to blame for this. Canada is such a resource rich country that sadly has been mismanaged for YEARS and has resulted in heavy dependence on the America market. It doesn't help that Carney thought it would be a good idea to host Obama and Soros at an event backed by the CCP in Toronto, either.

If you could read Eric and understood Canadian history and politics, Alberta is not becoming the “51st state.” This is political fantasy designed to farm outrage and division. You cannot simply separate a province because a loud group collected signatures. It would trigger constitutional chaos, federal negotiations, Indigenous treaty rights issues, economic uncertainty, debt division, currency questions, border issues, pensions, trade agreements, and years of court battles. And let’s be very clear: First Nations treaties were signed with the Crown and Canada not with a breakaway province trying to join another country. Indigenous rights and treaty obligations alone make this vastly more complicated than these separatists pretend. Most Albertans do not want to leave Canada. People are frustrated with affordability, politics, and Ottawa at times but frustration is not the same thing as wanting to destroy Confederation. Canada isn’t breaking apart because a few extremists on X say so.
Eric Daugherty@EricLDaugh

🚨 WOW! Alberta, Canada secessionists say they’ve SUBMITTED enough signatures to trigger a vote to leave Canada It must now be approved to come to a final vote THIS IS HUGE! These patriots deserve to be liberated from the leftists 🇺🇸🇨🇦 Alberta is the MOST conservative province. I wouldn’t mind them becoming the 51st or 52nd state after this 🔥

🚨 TRUMP DROPS A BOMBSHELL ON VENEZUELA: President Trump just revealed he is seriously considering the idea of making Venezuela the 51st state of the United States. TRUMP: “I’m serious about beginning the process to make Venezuela the 51st state.” This would be one of the most dramatic geopolitical moves in modern history if it gains traction. The contrast between socialist failure and American success has never been clearer.
