@samacoree You can get 48 with 1c of unsweetened Greek yoghurt (24) and one scoop of protein powder(24). It’s sweet enough I’ve found and honestly tastes great. Add some blueberries and granola for texture and fiber.
Works pretty good. About 5-600 calories, ~50 grams of protein.

I mean I feel like Kerr’s answer puts the issue in pretty good context. It’s all part of the tic tac toe of offense vs defense in the NBA. Defense adjusts to arm hooks by giving chests, offense adapts by bashing into off-balance players.

What Nate has been talking about for a while is using the arm as a battering ram where the ball handler just uses the off arm as a stationary club to push into the chest. Doesn’t require a classic push off motion so is harder to call.

And I need to go back into my office later to be certain, but yeah, it was under 10 I believe. Now, they do have rules that would cover a lot of this already. We'd then need new directives from the head of refs to call it differently or more diligently. The clamping of defender's arm could certainly become an offensive foul more often, much like the kick out rule was adopted on 3s. The push off needs to be addressed for sure, and that shouldn't be too hard to adjust.
