Interview practices have been slower to change in the U.S. In 2006, the ISB reviewed the practices utilized to obtain information by military intelligence officers and found that they were “largely devoid of any scientific validity” (@CAMeissner & Fallon, 2015). @AletheiaFX

The statement follows the @ICRC's most recent visit to Guantanamo, held last month. The organization says there have been 139 delegation trips to the Navy base since Camp X-Ray opened in January 2002 -- to meet with both prisoners and prison leadership.
