I had to get a loved one out of hospital to get well at home yesterday. This is the #NHS version of nutrition at breakfast and dinner. One bowl is soup and the other pudding. “Meat” was undeterminable. Nothing green in sight!

@LizKershawDJ Maybe they didn’t order anythinf healthy? I know as a fact that there is always fruit juice, cereals and fruit available. Seems a bit rich to blame someone's food choices on the NHS. Anything for some traction though, eh Liz? Must suck to be a an unimportant 'celebrity'

@thecybersurg @thatdudereed_ Please explain why I suffer from diverticular disease and have had diverticulitis, when I do follow a healthy diet amd exercise? Tbf though I got kicked out of hospital after a night on IV antibiotics.

Flavour of #blackberry season is blackberry and anise. First lot picked and juiced yesterday, some cordial made this morning. Plenty of juice still left for the same flavour as a jam.
