@Storz79@EE Go into the profile bit, create a name and lock passkey and stuff and it worked for me. I think they want you to create a profile before being able to watch again and they haven't told anyone that
@AmexUK do you know when the payment authorisation codes issue will be fixed? I’m trying to make an online payment but can’t because the Amex code is not being sent to my phone or email despite requesting new code 8 times!
@nectar hi I signed up for the thoughtful driving scheme and received my unique code to then use and claim the 500 bonus nectar points. However the link to click in the email just takes me to the nectar app and no option to input code or claim points?
@EE keep trying to make a payment but in a loop where it tells me I need to log out and back in. I do that and face the same cycle again! Is there a fault on your app?
