YouTube LITERALLY says AI voice is monetizable So why are creators getting DEMONETIZED for “inauthentic content” right after? Same videos. Same style. Different decision. What changed? Or is it just a trick to steal revenue of small creators?

@AnimeVersus_X The same happened to me. I do 8-hour live streams 5 days a week. How do you even mass produce that??? The definition they’re using for inauthentic could apply to effectively 80% of creators on the platform. It’s being applied arbitrarily to unsuspecting creators like you and me.

A Christmas miracle! After nearly 90 days @YouTube reviewed the channel and have lifted our suspension! I don’t know what it was… but all I know is I’m thankful to be back on the platform bringing people their news once again! Thank you to everyone who has supported us through this trying time. I’m officially 90 days banned for something I didn’t do. And I still have no explanation. 90 days ago, I woke up to find out YouTube deleted my 40k+ true crime documentary channel. The reason? “Circumvention.” But here is the strange part: I have never had another channel terminated before. And trust me, I checked. There is nothing to “circumvent.” In the past few weeks, multiple creators confirmed something worrying: YouTube’s systems are mixing up old or incorrect account links, flagging innocent channels with no way for creators to see, check, or fix anything. For months I have tried everything to understand what triggered this false AI flag: - I appealed: denied in under 2 minutes after a “careful review” of 100+ videos. - I emailed support: only template replies. - I contacted @TeamYouTube: no reply to my DMs for over 2 weeks. I understand YouTube is huge and relies on automated systems. But automation also makes mistakes. YouTube has acknowledged that many times. And when it does, creators need a real path to a human review. Right now, that path doesn’t exist for smaller creators. I’m only asking for a real human to take another look at my case. But I've done everything I possibly could to prove my channel was terminated by mistake and that I didn't break any policies. I've won a legal case. I've shared my whole story here on X and millions of people have seen it. I spent months trying to reach you privately before going public. I've been patiently working to clear my channel's name using the tools I have. It's actually been over a year since my channel was terminated. Here's what I've done to prove I did nothing wrong: ✅ In June 2024, I shared with you everything: my full editing timeline, scripts, voiceovers, and video ideas research process. You had a complete behind-the-scenes look at how I create my videos. ✅ After reviewing everything, your own human reviewer told me my content is original and that I follow all guidelines. (email attached) ✅ Then I got terminated out of nowhere. So I took it to an official EU dispute body, which made the decision based on the evidence and stated my termination was NOT rightful. ✅ You participated in the legal process and tried to defend the termination, but you couldn't provide evidence or convince the dispute body that it was correct. ✅ The dispute body confirmed that my content creation is legitimate. ✅ The legal decision clearly says my content (EV news/car reviews) follows your policies. But here's what I've never gotten from you: ❌ Any specific example/evidence of what I did wrong. Providing a policy header is not the same as providing a reason or evidence. Without knowing the specific infraction, I am denied the fundamental right to due process based on Article 17(1)(e) and (4) of the DSA. ❌ Any explanation for why your own "combination of human and automated reviewers" contradicted itself. Why did you first approve my content and confirm I follow the guidelines, then terminate it? How can anyone consider this termination legitimate without you addressing this? ❌ Any real response to the legal decision, where an independent authority reviewed the facts and confirmed I did nothing wrong. I'm not trying to be difficult here. I just want my channel back. I have all this evidence. An independent legal body reviewed everything and said I did nothing wrong. Your own reviewer said I did nothing wrong. I worked really hard to gather this evidence, win the legal process, and clear my channel's name. I would really appreciate it if you finally addressed this. @TeamYouTube I'm not going anywhere. I just can't do that after what I've been through this whole year. I really hope we can finally start an honest dialogue, reach a mutual understanding, and resolve this. Please just look at the evidence and give me my channel back. Can we please fix this?
