In 2021 I minted this @veefriends Karma Kiwi for $4.5k NZD I didn’t know anything about crypto or NFT’s all I knew that it was going to give me access to attend 3 conferences hosted by @garyvee My thinking at the time is that for $1.5k per conference I would get more than enough roi just from attending It also gave me an excuse to finally take my kids to Disneyland as it’s just a dream for most kids in New Zealand as it’s so far away Unfortunately the 1st 2 years of @veecon were too far away and it didn’t make sense to take the family Now this year it’s in L.A which is perfect but I’m not in a position to make it happen Absolutely heartbreaking not to be able to make it happen Feel like a failure of a husband and father as if I hadn’t made some bad decisions we’d more than likely be there Sometimes you’ve just got to take the slap in the face and learn from it Ironic Karma
