Be very careful of @Callcredit and @TransUnion / @TransUnionUK - they allow and execute fraudulent transactions on people's accounts, then refuse to investigate their own fraudulent activity! Hopeully @TheFCA will take them to task!

@British_Airways Why is your website continuously broken? I'm trying to "upgrade" my flight to Club Europe (cost on website £169 pp) yet it won't go through. When I phone you up to achieve the same, I'm told it will cost OVER £800! LIES OR FALSE ADVERTISING? YOU TELL ME!
