@UPPCLLKO @dvvnlhq @myogiadityanath Kindly look into this matter as the error is still not rectified, and the personnel of Radhanagar Colony area of Vrindavan are asking us to pay the error amount of Rs5500/- while the actual bill will be around Rs300/-. Is it a meter issue?

@UPPCLLKO @dvvnlhq Hi there, after repeated complaints and reminders that u guys have sent an error bill, you guys have not yet rectified it and are asking us to pay the full amount. There is a bare minimum unit consumption because nobody stayed during that period of time.
