@LNER Yes thank you we were there early and had our seats booked but causes problems when onemembers of staff says one thing to the coach and tm says another once everyone has sat down that’s all

@BritishGas when you send me a message to book an appointment to fix my smart meter so I do with a note to say it’s a smart meter issue and you send me a lovely boiler engineer who can’t help. He rings for me and gets another appointment at the end of sept. I won’t hold my breath
