@TalkTalk Hi Sindy - I have spoken to someone called Lundi at 10.20am today regarding this and she needs to speak to my mother rather than me - my mother lives a distance from me and has hearing problems and only speaks to me and I shout. Disgusting service for a vulnerable old person!
