Her husband, a previously low-level, poorly paid public-sector employee, Dmytro Khandusenko, has been responsible for auditing all the $$$ spent on Ukraine's military procurement and wartime spending during its ongoing war with Russia.
Basically, he's the guy who's supposedly auditing all the mountains of taxpayer money that the US and other countries have been forking over to Ukraine....and here is his wife tossing $150K into the air on stage as though it's nothing.
Again, we're supposed to believe that this newly minted multimillionaire living an opulently funded lifestyle (mansions, luxury cars, expensive jewelry, etc.) achieved it on his modest annual salary of $23,000 (USD).
Nothing to see here.

I rarely get political anymore because, quite frankly, I am disgusted by both parties at this point. But whether you are a Democrat or a Republican, it should not be difficult to acknowledge that Mayor Bass has been a complete and utter failure. Los Angeles feels more chaotic, less safe, and more neglected than ever, and the leadership coming out of City Hall has been painfully ineffective. This is no longer about party lines. It is about basic competence, and she simply has not delivered.

Pls pray for me and my family. My daughter Kim passed away yesterday. She was just 42, struggling with a bout of the flu, and her passing was very unexpected. Please pray especially for Isobel, her 7-yr-old daughter, who discovered her mom "asleep" as she prepared for school. Minimal posting for a while. 😢

Three international students decide to visit their respective countries to understand how money is made.
First they go to Asia and the Asian student's parents have a beautiful house and many servants so they ask "how did your family make it's money" and he responds:
"My father is a civl servant. You see that bridge in the distance?"
"Oh yeah"
"He got 20% of that"
Next they go to the Middle Eastern student's family home which is even more beautiful. They ask how his family made money. He responds:
"My father is a politician. You see that dam over there?"
"Yes"
"His share is 30% of that"
Lastly they go to the American student's home and it's the most beautiful and biggest of all. Of course, they turn to to the student and ask him "how did your family make all it's money" and he responds:
"My father is the founder of a justice-centered housing NGO. So, you see that sustainable 100-unit public housing development in the distance?"
"No"
"Well he got 40% of that"

Investigative journalists have uncovered massive H-1B visa fraud schemes right here in the DFW region – similar to scams we've seen in Minnesota with the “Learing Center” and in California with fraudulent hospice care facilities. American workers are paying the price.
