@RavenStark17 @santhoo9 Yes , we can't compare Hyd n Bhubaneswar. Despite having STPIs, BBSR, Trivandrum, Gandhinagar have nil exports@ 1990 ! Hyd had software exports although relatively small. But hyd indeed scaled up from 1990-95, others too scaled better? But relative position was same 90 to 95 1/n

Check the following data from a scholarly source, (which differs from your num) Comparing % growth of IT export from 1995-03 looks more like this: * AP: 85.7 cr (1995) --> 2,815.2 cr (2003) --> 3,184.95% (32x) * Delhi+UP+Haryana: 468.7 cr (1995) --> 6,683.3 cr --> 1,325.92% (13x) * KA: 438.6 cr (1995) --> 107,598 cr (2003) --> 2,353.21% (23x) * TN: 272.5 cr (1995) --> 10,759.8 cr --> 1,548.62% (15x) * MH: 632.1 cr (1995) --> 5,492.1 cr (2003) --> 768.87% (8x) Now, you decide for yourself.
