And they are desperate about this.
The CEOs of the AI companies are so desperate to put this into people's heads that they do anything and say any idiotic thing in the playbook to do that.
They have bet their entire companies on this idea
The investors have invested because the idea of 1 man + AI = 100 men before AI
It hasnt happened, and its not happening as of now.
I don't know if the blow-up will be a big explosion or just slowly bleed for months and years once the story falls apart.

With DeepSeek V4 now out, China is going to become the AI inference hub of the world. Think about it: Low-cost, abundant energy. Rapid scaling. Huawei microchips, and a DeepSeek model that doesn't need Nvidia to function.
The entire U.S. AI industry is no doubt frazzled today, looking at where this is going. Who's going to use OpenAI, Google or even Anthropic when China's offerings are on part with the same quality, yet a fraction of the price?

Total chaos in Dubai once again.
This time, a 25 year old female flight attendant from England has been arrested.
She was afraid to fly to Dubai because of the explosions.
But her airline assured her the situation was not too dangerous.
She believed Dubai was downplaying the destruction.
So she took a photo of the heavily damaged airport to show her airline that her safety was at risk.
She warned her colleagues not to visit Dubai on WhatsApp.
Now she has been arrested.
2–5 years in prison.

Larry Ellison was standing next to him. This morning, Oracle -- not just a Stargate partner, but the primary builder and physical operator of every Stargate data center -- sent the first of 30,000 of its own workers a termination email at 6 a.m. No manager was looped in. System access was cut on delivery. The email was signed "Oracle Leadership." Here is the part worth sitting with: The 100,000 jobs Trump announced are construction workers. Concrete. Steel. Cooling systems. Temporary site labor across Texas, New Mexico, Wisconsin, Michigan. Real jobs, yes, but they end when the buildings are done. The 30,000 fired today are software engineers, cloud architects, SaaS operators, healthcare IT workers. The people who built the systems those data centers are being built to run. Permanent careers. Gone in a single email before sunrise. Oracle is not struggling. It posted $6.13 billion in profit last quarter. Up 95% year-over-year. It is cutting workers because it owes $248 billion in data center lease commitments that do not appear on its balance sheet.
