@AllieJade1 Yeah in states like CA, all of the protections were taken away from landlords so many people like myself, just decided to sell instead of rent which hurts honest people in the long run.

This couple renovated a cute little home, rented to tenants with dogs, and within 12 months, the place went from cute and charming left in a complete damaged mess.
When you see the video, you will see what they were left to clean up after the tenants left. So it begs the question - what should be the remedy for tenants who do this to a home that they're renting?

@AllieJade1 @FLCons No pet deposit or rental deposit is going to cover that. I had tenants somewhat maintaining the yard but they also damaged my flooring. The deposit was enough to cover it. In this case they should take them to small claims court.

In April of 2006, Navy Seal Michael Day was shot 28 times, but it didn't stop him.
He was shot everywhere on his body but his head, and continued to fight with his Sig 9MM pistol even after the pistol grips and his thumb was shot off.
With that handleless pistol he killed the three more remaining bad guys. He only walked to a Medevac helicopter when the job was done.

No it won’t. It actually locks in permanent enforcement measures (border security, mandatory E-verify, and ends catch and release for asylum seekers).
None of these are currently codified in law, and until they are, they can keep being changed by the Executive. And therefore border and enforcement policy will keep changing whenever the White House changes.
Participants in Dignity Program (not Amnesty) cannot become citizens and therefore cannot vote. The bill actually increases penalties for any illegal or non-citizen caught voting or attempting to vote, as well as for attempted border re-crossers, child sex traffickers, etc.

Do you know what will happen if Salazar's amnesty bill is passed and signed by President Trump? It will eventually cause even more illegal migration because it will further expectations of serial amnesty. All these new "legal" citizens will soon be voting. It will be adding millions to the social security and Medicare programs which is already in jeopardy. It rewards lawlessness. I'm a hard "NO" on this.

This is simply not true.
Right now, illegal aliens are being deported.
Under the DIGNIDAD Act, 12 million illegals will no longer be subject to deportation. Many more will effectively be allowed to stay.
That’s mass amnesty, plain and simple.
