If the White House is embarrassed about the headlines yesterday of its retreat, it will be *really* embarrassed when it loses across the board on appeal. The First Amendment (among others) prohibits targeting these firms. And the President should quit before he gets further behind.

BREAKING: We just blocked the Trump-Vance admin’s attempt to cut $12 million in funding from the American Academy of Pediatrics. We are grateful that children and families across the country will be able to access life-saving health services as we continue to fight this unlawful retaliation in court.

@HiltonNewsroom When a Hilton Hotel violated the ADA repeatedly and my family member sued them, the corporate response was that it had nothing to do with it. Fascinating how actions can be taken here though! Will love to see how this precedent is used for other civil rights cases going forward.
