@hoka hi there, I’m still waiting for my warranty claim to be actioned and still haven’t had any correspondence? Can you help? The return tracking says it got delivered over 22 days ago…?

Still no response from @hoka after 22 days of waiting for a warranty claim after my Hoka trainers had a manufacturing fault and still under warranty. Starting to loose trust in sadly what I thought was a decent brand…. #hoka #CustomerService
