@lufthansa @mrmarkhayter It was myself that was mistreated on board this flight. Can you ensure that I am contacted. My severe allergies were completely ignored, and I felt discriminated against by the crew's lack of concern. Passengers with medical needs deserve respect and proper care, not negligence.

@FrankRGardner This is horrible. Unfortunately other airlines are not better. My parents travelling with @Lufthansa in Dec 2022 did not receive wheelchair asssitance at Newark airport upon landing from Frankfurt. My complaint was ignored.

Wow. It’s 2024 and I’ve just had to crawl along the floor of this LOT Polish airline to get to the toilet during a flight back from Warsaw as “we don’t have onboard wheelchairs. It’s airline policy”. If you’re disabled and you can’t walk this is just discriminatory.

The friendly @lufthansa team remembered my delay flying back home from Riyadh in August. The purser to Atlanta just came to me, apologized and gave me an internet voucher for the flight. Just a small detail but it makes me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!

@lufthansa check-in counters in Delhi are manned by rogue elements, who harass and humiliate valued customers due to unprofessionalism, coupled with the rudeness that is characteristic of Delhi. To obtain boarding pass, Visa is not enough. More docs are being insisted upon.
