@havellsindia Today against my complaint one staff of Nagpur from phone number +91 91319 10522 called and asking instalation charge in-spite free charge. This staff should be instructed or warn of such behavior. It is very unfortunate that the customer service team is involved.

Badly regretting the decision of going with liv space @livspace for interior designing. No senior GM or AGM is looking towards the work what's going on in project. Talking about Ahmedabad branch. Ridiculously mismanaged at every step of their working chain. No one is taking accountability for the mess their junior employee has made. It seems.

This hand out purportedly by 'dear despicable @IndiGo6E' headed by 'discredited CEO' is a lie. For the two PNRs (L3DF2S and Y8SLNW), I visited their website today also, to apply for refund. No such link to raise refund request has been provided on the website. Although, I have received an email from 'despicable @IndiGo6E' that a full refund will be processed within 3-5 days (mail dated 06.12.2025). However, so far no refund has been received. The rouge airline that @IndiGo6E is could contact me on 08.12.2025 from a personal mobile number (have stored it) asking why I am not boarding Y8SLNW. I replied that since L3DF2S was canceled hence I could not come to Dehradun. Rogue airline @IndiGo6E couldn't inform cancelation on 06.12.2025 but could get to me on 08December 2025. They are making fool of the @MoCA_GoI and honourable @RamMNK. Anyway, I have already decided not to travel @IndiGo6E, which is a despicable airline and its discredited CEO is instrumental in screwing the customers. I will make sure that this little message reaches to all those who want to travel despicable @IndiGo6E.

Ministry of Civil Aviation has directed IndiGo to clear all pending passenger refunds without delay and complete the process for all cancelled or disrupted flights by 8 PM on 7 December 2025. Airlines have been instructed not to levy rescheduling charges for affected passengers and any non-compliance will invite regulatory action. IndiGo has been asked to set up dedicated passenger support and refund cells, ensure proactive outreach and maintain automatic refunds until operations stabilise. The Ministry has also directed timely tracing and home delivery of separated baggage within 48 hours.
