@CrossCountryUK Please explain why you've sold full price fares for people to have to experience a dangerously overcrowded journey London to Edinburgh -- the number of injuries inflicted is unacceptable. Shameful

@CrossCountryUK Your phone line is not accepting calls. This overcrowding has caused a lower back injury to me. I've watched people falling, hitting their heads, damaging hands, overwhelmed by heat. Do the right thing, take responsibility, apologise and reimburse all customers on this train.

@Jonathan747 We all operate from our own standards and, like yours, mine are high. I trust people will behave with integrity then when they don’t — well, it really hurts. So this is about how you behave first and how others behave is secondary. Others? Idiocy, jealousy, lunacy - all 3!

Can't disclose any details - but feeling pretty sick about being tripped up and falsely made to look slipshod this week. I have received an apology but my trust has been shattered. I would never do this - even if the other person had made a mistake. WHY do people do this?

@scriptwren My kids school is like this. Which is why their sixth form is empty. Kids leave en masse as soon as they can. Organisations reflect the power games of the ‘adults’ who run them. If your ego is served by banning a patterned jumper then your life is pretty small!

71 weeks in the family court is a terrible experience for parents and children; delay can also be determinative of outcomes. So good to see this reported by @emmaglasbey under the reporting pilot.

Given the public shaming by the conductor on the 1003 @TPExpressTrains of ‘fare evaders’ I’m reminded that my 14YO was accused of the same last week because he got a later train and you wouldn’t accept his &4 ticket

On a bus to York. Refuse to pay adult fare for a 16 and 17 year old who are still in school/sixth form. Disgusting profiteering by @TPExpressTrains to charge adult fares from aged 15.
