I have Verizon Fios and it just feels as though the product and customer service has absolutely tanked. Always having issues + impossible to get through to customer service efficiently. Seems like it’s time to switch.

@reliablevoter @Verizon I am dealing with one rep to the next each promising something different. They also can never commit. I’m told let me go through marketing and then will fix it. Then you call back and they haven’t even noted the account.

@Verizon You make it too hard to upgrade. Get a different answer from different people. Just wasted 16 hours with your people.

@VerizonSupport I was promised by the 19th the supervisor Art would call me and take care of this personally. He has not. Now tomorrow I have to call again. I have paid auto pay for the last 5+ years. I haven’t been late ever and I’m literally being lied to constantly!!!

Does anyone else feel like @Verizon has become so hard to deal with? I have literally been told one thing and promised another. Getting them to finalize anything in a call without being told you’ll be called back which you won’t is so frustrating. I’m back on hold till 🤷🏻‍♀️😒😭

This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time. I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won. To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for.
