@Dyson took my machine for repair (which stopped working after the second use) now doesn’t know what it has done with it. Kept me waiting for the call to be picked up 30mins and then extremely rude representative. Online services equally as useless. Will be calling the police

Why are @boltapp and @FreeNow_UK charging congestion/central London charge at times of night when there is no traffic and the CG is not enforced?

@sainsburys I requested a refund for an item I returned (should’ve have been done automatically) from a delivery on January 15. A month later my query has not even been acknowledged. And don’t even start me on the mess that is your Camden store.

@VirginAtlantic hi, can you explain to me why my dietary requirements were not passed on to Delta since check in doesn’t open 24 hours prior but dietary requests have to be submitted at least 24 prior. In addition, I wasn’t even aware you’ve palmed me off to Delta!
