@LA_Swiftness I respect this answer way more than the polarization of opposing mentalities today. Recognizing you may have been too steep one way, transitioned to a different method. Then recognizing you over did that as well. This is body awareness not one way close minded teaching.

@TClarke_9 Barrel has to get square into contact & work square through contact. That’s the only way to properly compress the ball. Now, what an individual needs to think or feel to accomplish that task will vary based on their own perception of reality.
