I’d suggest: - looking at an actual perf dashboard (if any are still online) - read the analyses of emerging market timeline rendering latency: (hint: not batch sizes) - ask teams which actually work on this stuff (tho I think you fired them)

@AerLingus We cannot rebook online as the flight to Seattle was never updated to being cancelled. We were told multiple times at the airport that the flight was cancelled and it’s very upsetting to see that it flew (with/without) passengers this evening. We found alternative flights cont.
