Turns out I was right! The neighbor deliberately kept stepping in front of the bike, trying to spin it, as Alan attempted to run him over, as he clearly asked him multiple times to move.
Not only that, the neighbor stopped in front of the bike as he rode down the road deliberately causing an accident.
The neighbor is a fucking moron every ass beating he got was deserved for this fucking tomfoolery.

I think the league needs to crack down on embellishment. I've seen a lot of HEAVY players like Corey Perry, Matthew Tkachuk, and others going down way too easy in the last week and it being called a penalty on the other player. It's costing teams games, and should probably be addressed. #cbj
