Schmitt is a young player trying to establish himself & Chapman is a veteran "leader" who acts like he's never made a mistake on the baseball field before.
I remember Schnee making throwing errors in back to back games in 2024 & both Jose & Gimenez patted him on the butt & picked him up at their meeting on the mound.
We are so grateful our son plays for this organization & within this team culture.
