TXTA confirms with TxDPS that non-domiciled CDL reviews are underway and that English Language Proficiency enforcement is being applied during roadside inspections for both interstate and intrastate drivers. Read full statement:

@EOSTrucking Unfortunately it is: If you have a driver with a non-domiciled CDL and the visa they used to obtain that CDL has expired. This now a driver with an invalid license. I would run a new MVR as you now may have a potential liability.
