I think you are missing the point I’m trying to make. He grabbed her and pulled her down. He initiated the physical part of this engagement - not her. She didn’t just run up and push him. It was defensive as he grabbed her arm tightly, and pulled her, and held on. So to arrest her for battery and nothing to him when he didn’t attempt to first engage her verbally for turning the vehicle off, he went straight to engaging physically; and to add she alleges he punched her in the face, seemed off to me. His story is enough to charge her with physical contact related charges and hers is not?

If you take his statement as true it is the same 1-3 but says 4) was her hitting herself.
