One of ED's greatest accomplishments after the sham August 2023 elections was to create a diversionary ecosystem which pivoted attention to Tshabangu's shenanigans while leaving him free to entrench his then fairly nascent Agenda 2030 plans. A key pillar was Tshabangu's recalls to engineer a two thirds majority. That could only have become palatable if the dominant narrative was that Tshabangu's "grievances" were genuine & he had succeeded because CCC lacked structures & a Constitution. That narrative shifted the spotlight onto Chamisa & not the perpetrator, ED, making the heist seem rational, inevitable, a natural consequence & thus acceptable. If the real truth, namely that Tshabangu was ED's proxy deployed to kick-start Agenda 2030 had been accepted & amplified as the dominant narrative, we were then likely to see a genuine convergence across all sections of society opposing Agenda 2030 in unison. The recalls would highly unlikely have taken place & 2030 would have come to a shuddering halt through a failure to garner the two thirds majority that ED had desperately pursued but failed to nail, even in a sham election. The enabling behaviour that facilitated Tshabangu's wrecking ball via a captured Judiciary & Mudenda at Parliament, ED's right hand man, was never critically examined within the context of that heist. Instead, the simple, repetitive, catchy & effective narrative of "Strategic Ambiguity" was deployed & weaponised to devastating effect! There was an immediate shift, initially to pivot on Chamisa's legitimacy instead of ED's, then subsequently & decisively, to Chamisa's very political survival. Many were fooled by Tshabangu's "performative" antics, where he feigned being highly principled & often presented as hyper vocalising his "grievances" with unyielding gusto! That's how ED achieved his goal. He used the same template in clinching "Resolution No. 1" in ZANU PF, using surrogates like Daniel Garwe to keep his hidden hand far away from exposure for the entirety of the process! Narrative matters in politics. Once it's entrenched, it's difficult to shift!

Section 90(2)(b) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe provides that: “The President must— (a) ….. (b) recognise and respect the ideals and values of the liberation struggle.” A central tenet of the liberation struggle was “one person, one vote.” A President who fails to recognise or respect that tenet acts contrary to the Constitution and its founding values. In that event, two remedies are plainly available: 1. Impeachment. 2. A constitutional challenge seeking a declaration that the President has breached the Constitution. Of these two remedies, one succeeds even if it fails. One is political and the other is not. One is aggressive and the other pacifist. Mombe mumba.

It's commandeering o'clock, so ED is saying to his internal rivals, "you must comply" or else! This effectively means he's ready to enter the Colosseum! But will he exit it intact? That is the question! "Chibhende" & mythology can only take you so far. The fray must be entered!

ED has spoken. Every Politburo member. No exceptions. Every resolution fulfilled. This is not a request. This is a directive.

Nhai Chari, rega ndibvunze "semunanzvi." Are we now appealing to the conscience of Phulu, Mafume & Tshabangu's MPs via their constituents? While Mudenda, the ZANU PF Sec Gen & Speaker waits in the wings to preside over the charade? Hamheno, as you know, vananzvi can be offside!

May someone translate this into Ndebele, Tonga and Venda. Please DM your translation Dear Honourable Members of Parliament, We agreed in 2013 that a president can only serve a maximum of two five-year terms. Let us keep it that way. If you want to amend it, let's have a REFERENDUM as required by the constitution! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

🔸Musatambe nepfungwa dzedu. No successful nation on earth celebrates the purchase of 10 ambulances. In normal countries, calling 911 and an ambulance arriving within minutes is as basic as air. We need new leaders.🇿🇼

This bill has nothing to do with ordinary Zimbabweans; rather, it is about extending time for those in power to continue damaging our economy. If ZANU PF is truly confident that people support the bill, why are they busy organizing rallies to push the narrative that the public backs these selfish interests that oppress us? Let us go to a referendum, that is the only democratic way for everyone to vote for the future of generations to come.

🔸The issue is very straightforward. A country as rich as Zimbabwe should not be relying on the “donations” from convicted fraudsters and dodgy tenderpreneurs to secure ambulances. Rather, these basic needs must be drawn from the national purse. If they stop looting and getting paid millions for delivering nothing, then the country will have ample money to buy ambulances for itself. We cannot thank you for looting millions from the national purse then using a small portion of that to buy ambulances. Imari dzedu at the end of the day. We need new leaders.🇿🇼

How do you ask @nelsonchamisa to unite with individuals like JMafume, CHwende & Ncube without first confronting the political history that defines these relationships? Unity is not just abt coming together physically or politically it is about trust consistency, and shared values

I am counting on all young people in Parliament to be a voice of reason as we prepare to debate CAB3 in Parliament. The people we represent are saying #Noto2030 and we cannot say otherwise.

And where are Zimbabwe's moral voices in the churches and civic society? Where are the leaders of opposition parties? Where is ZanuPF? Why do they remain silent when @edmnangagwa offends the spirit of the nation in such degrading ways? This is outrageous, something must give!

Zvimwe ndezvimwe hazvo asi if you view & listen to this clip carefully, one thing stands out: @edmnangagwa is not presidential material. How can he say such rubbish about birth certifcates in Matabeleland South, of all places, where gukurahundi victims have no birth certificates!

Emmerson Mnangagwa lacks probity; he does not have common decency and he has no moral sensibility: these key deficiencies leave him with a very low leadership quotient. Yes, he's in office but he's manifestly unfit to be President of the Republic of Zimbabwe!

Cabinet has approved the Plan for the Targeted Development of Tourism Attractions in the Eastern Highlands. The Plan seeks to develop targeted tourism attractions in the Eastern Highlands corridor, which the Second Republic has identified as a tourism-designated zone with significant potential for tourism development. #PostCabinetBrief

My brother, it took going through the school of governance to realize that there is no such thing as a perfectly progressive nation. Every country faces challenges, and the key is learning from each other. The Zimbabwean model of direct presidential elections and harmonized polls is remarkable, it allows the president to receive direct feedback from the people he leads and prevents the rise of an elite detached from citizens. Don’t always assume the best solutions lie outside our borders. This model is strong, practical, and something we can proudly present globally while working to refine it further.
