Since readjusted my mindset towards why I was doing yoga, there has been a massive difference in implementing this behaviour change. Now after each run or workout I do I am using yoga as a way to stretch and its having a huge positive impact on my body and how sore I get #MARK320
This afternoon after work, I focused on doing things for me 🌻 I read in the sun, went for a beach walk, went for a run and finished my day with a 10 minute Yoga Flow by Francine Cipollone #MARK320
Started off the day with a 6.5km run, followed by a 15 minute yoga flow to stretch. Feeling good and doing everything to make sure I am winning the day during lockdown🧘 #MARK320
Getting back into the habit of spending my mornings more intentionally with some good food, coffee, a book and some music. How do you guys start your days? #MARK320
Implementing my behaviour change has been abit hit and miss since last week. But its a new week and I'm determined to continue doing Yoga daily. Tonight I'm going to do a Yoga flow and plan a weekly schedule so that continuing this behaviour change is achievable #MARK320
Today's setup 🌻 I rearranged my room so that I could do Yoga within an inviting atmosphere. For my first session I followed a Jessica Richburg 20 minute Yoga Flow #MARK320
For my behaviour change i have chosen to implement Yoga into my daily routine🧘♀️ During the current lockdown especially, I know this practice will help me maintain a positive mindset #MARK320
