They simply have to hire a consultant /several consultants to carry out these issues which will include public participation and reports culmnating to a physical and spatial development plan. Kisumu county has done it, it is not rocket science. The plan then guides all developers on what can be done in what location. The county government might not be able to do all the roads/sewers at once but the plan means predictability both for developers and government. His PASTEF party still controls parliament, so the Speaker just RESIGNED on Saturday to clear the runway for Sonko to take over the National Assembly himself. Parliament's been called for Tuesday (May 26) to reinstate Sonko's old MP seat (suspended since 2022) and vote in a new Speaker This is the interesting take below.... The man Faye just fired could end up running parliament and checking the president from the other side of the board. King vs. former kingmaker. Senegal really said "watch this movie" 🍿. Damn

Reading the responses to the Entebbe bird strike and the two previous KQ incidents. I sincerely pray that some of these commentators never find themselves at the controls of a passenger jet in a real emergency.

Worst major road IMO in this city. Terrible. Lanes disappear from nowhere, its usually dark as hell at night, random pedestrian crossings, weird potholes in random places. Better to go round to Thika Road. This one was built with a lot of madharau.

It is how Oloitoktok road has walk paths until you get to Gatanga Rd roundabout. Right from Quickmart, mpaka huko juu James Gichuru, walk paths have become parking lots or carwashes.

@_Marl0n Easily the most dangerous road to navigate at night. Right after Donholm heading toward Thika Rd, the inner overtaking lane abruptly vanishes.The entire road is pitch black, completely unlit, and lacks any road markings. It’s an absolute death trap. @KURAroads @MuriraKinoti
