@Keir_Starmer what would have happened if a member of the public used an illegal firearm to shoot these murderers when the brutal attack started to save lives and protect the public? Asking for a friend.

@DavidLammy Useless. Incompetent. Negligent. Have you not realised that no one cares what you say or think? Words mean nothing. This country does not need any more weak and pathetic MPs.

Deeply saddened by the appalling stabbings on a train near Huntingdon. My thoughts are with those injured and their families. Thank you to the police and emergency services for their swift response.

In London they simply don’t care. The staff can’t touch them, if they do they’ll become the criminal. We are a lawless country. A soft touch. An increasing international pariah for safety and security.

@Royal28101664 @CommissionerDA Family courts are totally useless for victims of DA and victims of DARVO. They don't check anything. Lies also destroy lives but judges are typically clueless, put of touch, biased or incompetent. Truth comes out eventually.

Folks the team supporting sacked @dorsetpolice PC Lorne Castle met today in Dorset; We discussed considering closing the Go Fund Me Appeal Until we found out that Lorne has been kicked out of a School that he used for his Community Work & boxing club; He was informed “As you have now been found guilty of assaulting a child we cannot support you anymore” He Now has nowhere to go >SO?👇 WE will continue to help him to raise funds to help assist him in buying his own community centre so he can continue to help the community that he’s done in his own time for the past 20yrs! Here’s the Go Fund Me Appeal👇£👍 gofund.me/8e1bdf01

@AmandaAgainstDA @Rachel_SUTDA Unfortunately there are an increasing number of individuals false reporting, often DARVO, men and women, to charities with untrained staff that trigger MARACs without evidence, just words.

I have a MARAC letter of confirmation that I am a victim of domestic abuse and the perpetrator is my ex husband. It names us both. A MARAC comes from a multi-agency meeting where professionals came together because the risk to me was considered high. It is one of the most serious recognitions of domestic abuse that exists in this country. It’s not handed out lightly. It involves police, social care, health professionals. It is formal. It is structured. It is based on evidence. And yet, Cafcass told the judge there was “no evidence” of domestic abuse. They looked the court in the eye and lied, erasing the abuse completely. They repeated that same line to other professionals. They still do. My MARAC didn’t vanish. The risk didn’t vanish. The trauma certainly didn’t vanish. What vanished was their willingness to acknowledge it, because it didn’t suit the narrative they had built about me. This is not a mistake. This is gaslighting. And when it’s done by the very organisation tasked with protecting children, it becomes institutional abuse. What happens when you try to correct them? They double down. You become the “difficult mother.” The “overprotective parent.” The one they need to monitor instead, the alienator, the FII parent and the one showing cause for concern around emotional abuse. This is how Cafcass discredits victims. This is how they embolden abusers. This is how children are left in harm’s way, while protective parents are erased from their lives. And it has to stop. Because the moment a MARAC is dismissed as “no evidence,” we are no longer talking about child protection. We are talking about institutional gaslighting and state-enabled abuse.

What happens to the economy when enough high to ultra high net worths refuse to pay UK tax anymore and get paid in another country? It has reached the point where every interaction with a negligent social worker, family court judge makes us feel the same. Why pay for them?

I have spoken to a number of contacts in legal circles and victims' groups since Caroline Charters alerted us to this development - nearly all had never heard anything like the action being pursued by police in this case

Sometimes just one day without things like this needing to be reported would be nice. Every officer interaction, the public now wonder, "what's this one done? " It changes every single public interaction. Respect has gone. Not fair on the good ones. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Anyone know any good barristers or chambers to sue children's services of a council?

@Carrie665649464 @louisetickle We see issues are caused by judicial incompetence, bias, victim blaming, time per case, no attention to detail (due to time), no awareness at all of DARVO, judge/barrister relations and total lack of verifying any statements made by applicant or respondents. Worst mix possible

@louisetickle There will be too many controlled women & many more “not” on social media who are on brink of suicide due to Judge’s decisions. It’s an abhorrent conflict of rule of law when same Judges are failing to criminalise abusive men whose only focus is to destroy mother of their child

I've just finished a judgment that made findings of horrendous domestic abuse. In 10 years I think I've only ever read one that comes close; in that case the woman took her own life when the judge who made those findings refused to make a barring order. Utterly depressing.

@davidkurten @Rachel_SUTDA I don't know what country we are living in anymore. I do not recognise what the UK has become in such a short period of time. The failings in every area of government are at such a level that it will take drastic changes to find a balance.

TWO TIER JUSTICE: Mike Amesbury MP walks free after his 10-week prison sentence for beating up a man in the street is suspended. Meanwhile, Lucy Connolly languishes in prison for 2 years and 7 months for a social media post that was up for just 2 hours. UK judges are repugnant.

@BBCNews you should look into how social services negligence and incompetence leaves children in harm. Look at how links between social workers and local perp solicitors / barristers influence judges clueless to DARVO. Perps hire barristers that know the judge to ensure bias

Does everyone in the UK know that a DA perpetrator can just lie to family court and social services and no one verifies or validates anything a perpetrator says? No checks for evidence. No questions. They just accept lies as facts. Free to cause immeasurable harm. @WokinghamBC
