Karnataka politicians doesn’t have any ‘pride’ in their premium institutions like IIMB and IT companies. They just take them for granted and not at all prestigious. So they ignore the infra in these premises Why don’t they take pride? These institutions represent BLR nationally
Karthik Reddy@bykarthikreddy

Have no words about the road in front of India's most prestigious institute - The IIM-Bengaluru. You will never find such things around Vidhan Soudha, and Sadashivnagara (carefully guarded) because their wives and kids are healthier enough to go watch IPL with free tickets.

@rj_4_all @ysjagan @YSRCParty If this all party alignment has been done before 2019, AP would have progressed a lot better. Ain’t it? So you are agreeing that Jagan wasted 5 years with 3 capital drama which failed drastically! So Jagan shouldn’t win in 2029 for wasting AP’s time

Decoding MAVIGUN 1) As Amaravati is Notified, And @ysjagan also confirms @YSRCParty is not against Amaravati, The 34K Acres Pooled Earlier and Upgrading Tadepalli-Mangalagiri Will Be Considered As Bridging Vijayawada - Guntur (VIGUN) 2) Present ND Alliance Govt. Is Confident That It Gonna Complete GC and Allotting LPS Plots To Farmers By 2028, So No Issue About It Now, 3) Instead of Land Pooling Phase-2 , He Wants To Extend That Benefit Between Machilipatnam - Vijayawada (MAVI), Which Will Be Less Cost and More Effective 4) It’s Clear That, All The Parties Are Agreed For Capital Around Vijayawada Correct Me If Am Wrong ….

@SocioPros @Tradewith_kd These are short term effects. In Long term there will be severe impact on real estate due to AI in IT micro markets

@Tradewith_kd Real estate definitely won't fall here. Rents are high from past 2 years. Numerous Layoffs happened in these 2 years. Still day by day rents are increasing. Newly built 2bhk crossed 1.5cr to 2cr.

Bengaluru real estate is collapsing🚨 IT sector is going down the hill. It’s only going to get brutal with more layoffs because of AI and budget issues and everything in between. When this happens, cities like Bengaluru or Chennai, specifically Bengaluru which has been built on IT, especially the real estate, everything will collapse. You will be forced to sell your properties for pennies on the dollar. So whoever is planning to buy a matchbox house for 5CR with EMI stretching up to 20 years, please rethink. If you are really interested in investing in property, buy land and build a house on it, anywhere, especially near villages. If you want secure housing, the next potential jobs will be somewhere near GIFT City in Gujarat or Amaravati in Andhra Pradesh. I am saying this based on good ROI in the next 10-20 years. I am not talking about short-term investments. You may feel that I am stretching this out, but you are more than welcome to keep a screenshot of this post and come back in a couple of years and tell me if I was right.

@Tarunitachi @NTreal123 I visit Prakash Nagar and Kagithala penta and I’ve travelled extensively whole of Kadapa. Only few stretches of roads are good but that too they are narrow compared to Warangal. Btw you are comparing only roads. What about education, healthcare, industries and retailers??

Severance packages are currently taxed under the head, “profits in lieu of salary” as per the Income Tax Act, 1961. In effect, this results in employees being taxed at the very moment they lose their source of income—when financial vulnerability is at its peak. While existing provisions provide limited exemptions depending on how severance is structured, they are neither adequate nor responsive to the realities of sudden and large-scale layoffs. In this context, this is not a situation for incremental relief—it calls for a decisive, one-time policy response. There is a compelling case for granting a complete, temporary tax exemption on severance packages for individuals affected by such layoffs. This would ensure that impacted families retain the full financial cushion intended to support them during a period of transition and uncertainty. I urge the Hon’ble Union Finance Minister @nsitharaman to examine this issue with urgency and adopt a compassionate and pragmatic approach by providing total temporary relief, rather than a partial or enhanced exemption. aifront-page.com/oracle-lay-off…
