What's happening in Israel is not decolonization. It's the rage of an empire that once colonized the entire Middle East, North Africa, the Levant and parts of Europe, lashing out against a people who reestablished their indigenous homeland against all odds.

Patty Morin’s daughter was raped and murdered by an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador. I remember very clearly when she went to the White House and endorsed Trump’s stance on immigration, left-wing people on this site eviscerated her. To them, not only did the fact that her daughter was murdered not justify her taking this political position, it did not even warrant one iota of understanding as to why she reached it. She was simply a ‘Nazi’ sending people to ‘concentration camps’. Now we come to Ayman Mohamad Ghazali, a man who rammed his truck into Temple Israel synagogue and pre-school in Michigan. Said truck contained a huge quantity of explosives beyond what a lone wolf is usually capable of acquiring, indicating that it is not unlikely that he had help. His brothers, Qasim and Ibrahim Ghazali, appear to have been members of Hezbollah's Imam Al-Mahdi Scouts and they and their families are reported to have been killed by an Israeli airstrike. The Left have, tragically predictably, thus come out to rationalise the attack on Temple Israel as being a result of Ayman’s trauma. He may have specifically targeted Jewish children to murder, but the label of ‘Nazi’ is not used to describe him. While the situation was tragic and not be condoned, ultimately Israel was to blame. Jews themselves were to blame. Patty Morin’s anti-immigrant stance, one that she did not express through personal violence let alone a massive attempted terror attack against a Salvadoran cultural centre, was not explained away similarly. This is just one example of the undeniable double standard that holds Jews alone responsible for violence perpetrated against them - ‘victim blaming’. Would the family member of a raped and murdered Israeli girl at the Nova festival receive such sympathy if they targeted a random mosque in the US? Would that man be similarly stripped of agency and positioned as acting out of trauma? We all know the answer. This rationalisation of Ayman’s heinous actions, does not merely serve to illustrate profound hypocrisy and double standards. It dangerously serves as an implicit permission structure for further attacks to occur - the clear message is that when violence is inflicted against Jews in the diaspora, the ultimate responsibility will be pinned firmly at Israel’s door. This is quite an incentive for Muqawama sympathiser networks (in Dearborn and otherwise) whom we know are more than willing to martyr themselves if it means mass murdering Jews in the process. Now, bonus point, such an act will perversely only increase hostility towards the only Jewish State. I am profoundly disappointed, although sadly unsurprised, to see respected mutuals engage in this type of rhetoric. I see exactly what you’re doing and know this: you are complicit in the permission structure of violence against Jews in the diaspora. You shame yourselves and, indeed, have vindicated Herzl for the umpteenth time.

I can't wait to hear CNN's excuse for this one! While thousands of Iranians were getting slaughtered by the Iranian Regime on 02/12/2026, it appears high-level CNN officials were busy celebrating alongside Regime officials at Iran's Embassy in London. The two senior CNN officials appear to be Matthew Chance (Chief Global Affairs Correspondent), and Andrew Roy (London Bureau Chief). This photo can be found in The Telegraph's article (linked below). To my non-Jewish friends: If you stay silent about Jew-hate today, pretty soon you won't have any Jews left to quietly DM your thoughts and prayers.

Nothing will change until non-Jews loudly and publicly call out Jew-hate. Until you bring it up at the water cooler, dinner parties, on social media. It lets your govt know you are watching how they respond, how they protect their Jewish populations. Hold them accountable!

Hanukkah is not a “festival of peace and light vanquishing darkness.” It is a festival of Jews purging colonizers from their homeland and refusing to surrender their national self determination. Asshole.
António Guterres@antonioguterres

I am horrified and condemn today’s heinous deadly attack on Jewish families gathered in Sydney to celebrate Hannukah. My heart is with the Jewish community worldwide on this first day of Hannukah, a festival celebrating the miracle of peace and light vanquishing darkness.

We warned you. Appeasing to terrorists doesn’t work. The capitulating governments of Australia, Spain, France, Britain, Ireland and Canada will learn their lessons in the most brutal ways. Your innocent people are going to die. Free Palestine is a death movement. Wake the fuck up.

My heavy heart is with the Jewish community in Sydney after this murderous terrorist attack on families. The fact that @AlboMP Albanese's statement couldn't mention the Jews targeted is shameful. But then so is the years of hate, propaganda and blood libels which results in this bloodshed. Western governments must start acting to protect their Jewish citizens. Wishing the dear @Ostrov_A and all those wounded by these terrorists targetting Jews a speedy recovery, and thinking of all those we have lost today.

A bullet struck @Ostrov_A in the head at the Bondi beach Hanukkah party he was attending with his wife and kids. He saw people falling all around him: “I survived October 7. We lived in Israel for the last 13 years. We came here only two weeks ago to work with the Jewish community to fight antisemitism. We’ve lived through worse, we’re going to get through worse, and we’re going to get the bastards who did this.”

HORRIFYING: The family of former hostage Noa Marciano, z"l, revealed that they were sent a video of their daughter being executed by a doctor in a Gazan hospital. Her father still wakes up from nightmares about the video. The doctor injected air into her veins. Noa was murdered so that Hamas could lie about her being killed in an Israeli airstrike. May her memory be a blessing 💔

Ms Rachel doesn’t give a shit about children. She spends her days coordinating smear campaigns against people who rightfully call her out for being a gross shill for a terrorist organization that uses children as human shields. A narcissistic sociopath.

Stop the attempted erasure of Jewish-Irish history.
Rachel Moiselle@RachelMoiselle

Hello, everyone! A very important post. The Irish Jewish community is profoundly and eternally grateful for all of the immense support over the past few days with respect to #HandsOffHerzogPark. Given that there is still a push to change the name (antisemites are intending on descending on the park on Sunday to campaign for this), a petition has been set up in support of the Herzog Park and Ireland’s Jewish community. If we could ask for one more small favour: please do sign this petition and share it far and wide. Signing this is an act of solidarity with the small but proud Irish Jewish community, and a recognition that a rich Irish-Jewish history exists and will never be erased. Link in the comment below. Thank you so very much in advance, you truly can’t imagine just how much your support has meant to the community. It has given us all so much hope.

The truth. This book, written in Latin in 1695, describes the region called Palestine at that time. Author Adriani Relandi was a geographer, cartographer, traveler, philologist. He understood many languages, including Arabic, Ancient Greek and Hebrew. He described nearly 2,500 settlements mentioned in the Bible, and made an approximate census according to settlements. His notes; 1. Palestine is mostly empty, abandoned, sparsely populated. The main population is concentrated in Jerusalem, Akko, Tsfat, Jaffa, Tveria and Gaza. 2. The majority of the population is Jewish; almost everyone else is Christian. A very small part is Muslim, mostly Bedouin... (Relandi refers to Muslims as nomadic Bedouins who come to cities only as seasonal workers in agriculture or construction.) 3. The only exception is Nablus, inhabited by about 120 members of the Muslim Natsha family and approximately 70 Samaritans. 4. About 5,000 people live in Jerusalem; almost all Jews, and a few Christians. 5. The names of most of the settlements are of Jewish origin, and some have Greek or Roman Latin names. Apart from the city of Ramla, there is no Arab settlement whose original name is Arabic. Place names derived from Jewish, Greek or Latin are usually adapted into Arabic and meaningless... 6. Approximately 550 people live in Gaza, half of whom are Jews and half are Christians. Jews were successful in agriculture, especially vineyards, olives and wheat, while Christians were engaged in trade and transportation..." ( Thanks to John Abeles )
