@HowFreed@Debenhams Debenhams are dreadful at actioning refunds within a decent time. Just see Trustpilot. Refunds can take 3-4 weeks (if you’re lucky). And there’s Amazon issuing refunds immediately- so it can be done. Debenhams hang onto customers’ money to bolster their own account. Dreadful co.
Absolutely AWFUL experience @Debenhams . We returned a £350 dress 3 weeks ago via the post office. The post office shows the item was returned the next day however we have no refund, there is no online tracker, no phone number to call, a whatsapp bot that is useless.

@Debenhams marvelous customer service just cancel an order after a week and don't refund the charge for shipping. No reason given for cancellation either. When contacted on WhatsApp your told basically you got your item cost back we don't refund postage 👏👏

@Debenhams still waiting, 6 weeks since you said you'd be in touch, In the meantime, a scammer posing as Debenhams refunds on WhatsApp,has took me for over £1700, which wouldn't of happened if you'd been in touch when you said you would, or delivered the item on the date agreed
