@RepDonBeyer @atrupar Donald and his party playing politics with well-being of children isn't surprising. What's surprising is them thinking that suburban parents will reward them for forcing their children into schools where they're not 100% safe. They don't see how angry parents are going to be.

This is a disgrace. Secretary DeVos is talking about FCPS and Northern Virginia but the situation here is just like the rest of the country. Making schools safe — protecting students and educators — is the most important thing. DeVos and Trump have NO IDEA how to do that.
