She used to love to take a nap on my piano. During her final week, that's where she chose to be. I didn't realize I wouldn't be holding her again until a few days later. I'm a wreck.

I wasn't sure I wanted to share this, but lots of people are posting about the devastation of the loss of their fur babies. I had to put my lovely Ashley to sleep last week after loving her and she loving me for 15 years. I miss hugging her and coming home to her every day. Life feels so empty now.

Please pray for my brother. He's in the hospital. Originally, they said 5% chance of him surviving, but I was told today he is awake & talking. Not sure if that improves his survival rate, but asking for prayers. I'll probably be flying out there in a couple of days.
