If Burnham stands in the by-election and then loses, will it leave the Labour government so riven and weakened that in the end the only way out from there will be a General Election?

The youth justice system has struggled to keep pace with the risks young people face today, and the consequences are far too high.    Our reforms will prevent children from becoming tomorrow's offenders. Giving young people a better future and keeping the British public safe.

My advice to you Robert- and it comes from a good place - is don't bother. Why ? Because you are so predictable and we've heard it all before. Why not take a sabbatical - or maybe try something different- like reporting from the Chelsea Flower Show.
