Not this year, next year for football cap wise...and we will be in a salary cap era if the plans that the college football admins are enforceable...(The $600 NIL reporting requirement is already in place and they are trying to stop collectives from using funds that aren't for a "legitmate business purpose". ) If they can actually enforce that and track that, big if, there will be even more parity.
