@officer_Lew While he is in the right, by any dept policy and by law, the juice isnt worth the squeeze. Just because someone refuses to sign (or take) the citation, doesnt make it any less valid. She refuses it, then doesnt show and gets a warrant later.

JUST IN🚨: Hurst PD just dropped the FULL bodycam footage exposing the entitled North Texas driver who turned a simple school zone ticket into a full meltdown arrest! Woman gets pulled over for blasting 40 mph in a 25 mph school zone. Officer calmly hands her the ticket... she straight-up YEETS it out the window like it's trash 😭 Refuses to exit, demands a supervisor, rolls up window → officers pull her out, she hits the ground.
