@rv1723 Not sure what the issue is here. Support asked if you were a pro user and you said yes, leading them on a wild goose chase. If you'd said you were an ad supported user then the support process would have been quicker for all concerned. Better for you and us.

@TextraSMS please teach your employees (Max here in particular) to be more respectful when trying to help troubleshoot with a customer.

@johnpcurtiss Yep you need to do it inside Textra, so Textra Settings > Quick Compose = Off

@TextraSMS I keep turning "quick compose" notifications off, but you keep turning them back on. Make it stop.

@thatswhatido11 We are not involved in the transit of messages, only your mobile carrier is.

@TextraSMS I need instructions on setting up text Groups and deleting existing Groups. Oddly, the only two groups I see are 1) My Contacts and 2) Restored from Samsung, both of which include all of my contacts except recent ones. Please assist me. See attachment.

@DougFer33689646 Unfortunately the MMS protocol doesn't support the concept of adding or removing recipients in a group chat. So you need to start a new thread.

@GreenishClovers It's a simple issue, actually NOT related to Textra at all. It's the Samsung keyboard app (we have raised it with Samsung), don't think that's true? Try Google's GBoard you won't get the issue there.

Why is it when placing a sticker, photo with text then image disappears and have to reenter the image again as a separate text.. dumb bugs @TextraSMS #bummer

@skillzo11120 Yep that's the new Gallery Picker Android are rolling out. Agreed it's impacted Textra, so a Textra fix is rolling out now to populate the Recents area and also 4 albums (that's all it'll show). IMO not as good as the old picker.

@TextraSMS USA S22Ultra Verizon Android 15 OneUI 5.0. To add a picture to text from my gallery… i now have to go thru like 7 steps before i even get to my albums? How do i change it to the fewest steps to get to my gallery while trying to add a photo to a text?

@TextraSMS help! The app keeps crashing constantly, right after I open it. Sometimes works perfectly, other times I open the app 20x before it will stay open long enough to see/send a message. Restarted app and phone, updated app, cleared cache, no change. What next?!

@TextraSMS I just saw the latest update to textra today mentioning the option to report a text message as spam, but I don't see that option. Can you show me the specific steps for doing that? Thanks!

@TextraSMS after the most recent update to my Galaxy S22 the screen does not wake when a message comes through. Setting is showing correct as always wake though.

@CliffBett21 Yep known issue only impacts Android 13 and Samsung devices. Same for other apps, like Chomp SMS too.
