Report has it that some ESN operative received a distress call from an IPOB member over some unknown armed men who were trying to invade a home to kill or kidnap some individuals , in a quick responses , they went for rescue and on their way coming back they met Fulani herdsmen moving cows in residential neighborhood in the middle of the night , there was an exchange of fire with the herdsmen which resulted in the death of many cows . Fulani herdsmen have been warned against open grazing and movement of cows in the residential areas as they also use the odd hours to carry out killings and kidnapping activities.
