every founder i know running a company of decent size is struggling to find content producers that "get it" i'm building something to hopefully fix this issue it's an application only job platform, specifically for video talent (editors, directors, creators) i'll be making a POINT out of completely rejecting any washed up ad agency execs/grifters/noobs this is revenge for everytime ive tried to hire from linkedin,, or any of these other job sites and gotten swarmed/rugged by absolute larpers if you are a goated creator, dm me and i'd love to have you onboard (brands hmu too to post jobs in here)

5 years ago, more money didn’t necessarily mean better content quality. It was the Wild West and everyone was down for work. Now, content creators are a dime a dozen which means more noise for brands to filter through. Today, Brands paying for premium content are getting it.

My friends … learning to “love” losing .. aka deal with it, aka… learn from it, aka… use it to motivate, aka learn to sit with it and understand its a reality and “good medicine” is how we treat losing … not … “It doesn’t matter” … not … “it’s just a game” We have for too long misplayed it for our young competitive warriors … please friends .. lean into a child’s competitiveness (of course within in reason) and let it shine .. it will service them very well when they get into the actual world 🌎

What a year. 2025, thank you for everything. This year was a weird year. I had some of the highest highs and lowest of lows. But without doubt, the most impactful one so far. I have nothing but gratitude to everyone. Thank you for giving me a chance. To more in 2026.
